Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Namaskar AI you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These terms apply to the public marketing site, the Products maker showcase, course waitlist pages, and invite-only CMS tools operated by Namaskar AI.

About the service

Namaskar AI is an Assamese-first learning platform. We curate prompt packs, tool guides, downloads, news links, and planned courses. We do not provide an AI chatbot or model hosting on this site.

Content may change as we publish, update, or retire resources. Course availability depends on waitlist capacity and launch readiness.

Public use (no account required)

• You may read, share, and download free public resources for personal or educational use.
• Do not scrape, overload, or attempt to bypass security controls on the site or APIs.
• News articles may link to third-party publishers; we are not responsible for their content.

Products maker accounts

• Sign-in uses Google OAuth. You must provide accurate information in product submissions.
• Submissions are reviewed before publication. We may reject, edit metadata, or remove listings that violate these terms.
• Votes and comments must be respectful and relevant. We may remove abusive content.

CMS admin accounts

CMS access is invite-only for Namaskar AI team members. Admins must enable two-factor authentication, keep credentials confidential, and use the CMS only for authorized editorial work.

User-submitted content

When you submit a product listing, comment, or contact message you grant Namaskar AI a non-exclusive licence to display, store, and moderate that content on our platforms.

You confirm you have the rights to submit the content and that it does not infringe others’ intellectual property or privacy.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or misleading content.
• No attempts to access admin areas, other users’ accounts, or non-public APIs.
• No automated abuse, spam submissions, or vote manipulation.

Intellectual property

Namaskar AI branding, site design, and original editorial content are owned by Namaskar AI unless otherwise noted. Product names and logos remain the property of their respective makers.

Do not copy or republish substantial portions of the site for commercial use without written permission.

Disclaimers

Resources are provided for education and general information. AI tools and prompts can produce incorrect output; verify important decisions independently.

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Namaskar AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site, third-party tools linked from the site, or user-submitted listings.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Assam shall have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to applicable consumer protection rules.
